We DO NOT accept any returns or exchanges as all of our products are made to order. It is important that you are certain with the design, colour, shape and size that you have chosen and we are not responsible for wrong measurements or change of mind.

Refunds/Replacements

Once you receive proof of postage we are no longer responsible for your order and refunds/replacements will not be issued for change of mind

Refunds/replacements will only be issued if your items have been damaged in transit or you have received the wrong item. If this is the case please contact us via email info@prettybitchhands.com so we can rectify the situation and make it right.

Keep in mind that once delivery has been made you will need to send us proof of damage within 2 business days of your order being delivered to be viable for a refund or replacement.

Colour Disclaimer

We can not guarantee that the colour you see is accurately the portrayal of the colour of the actual product. The colours shown can be different due to lighting so please keep in mind that the colour can look different in real life. We try our best to depict the colours accurately when photographed & named however our interpretation may differ from your interpretation and also may differ from the actual product colour.
